Welcome the New Year among snowy mountains together with **CARETTA TURİZM!** Skiing, sledding and snowboarding, winter entertainment and a festive atmosphere — choose a suitable hotel in the center of Kayseri or directly on Erciyes Mountain.

**🏔️ ABOUT THE ERCIYES SKI RESORT**

Erciyes is **one of Turkey's leading centers of winter sports and ski tourism**, known for its extensive network of slopes and modern infrastructure. National and international competitions have been held here, including stages of the Snowboard World Cup.

**Slopes:** The resort has **41 slopes with a total length of 112 km**. There are options for both beginners and experienced skiers: blue slopes are easy, red are of medium difficulty, black are difficult.

**Cable cars and lifts:** The resort has **19 lift installations**, including gondola and chairlifts, drag lifts and moving walkways in learning areas. The Tekir and Lifos gondola lines provide access to various parts of the resort, while the other lifts carry skiers to the starting points of the slopes.

**For guests who do not ski:** Rides on the gondola lines open to pedestrians, snowy landscapes, photography and relaxing in cafés. Available routes and ticket types are determined by the resort administration.

**The operation of slopes and lifts depends on the weather, wind, snow conditions and decisions of the administration. Ski passes and lift tickets are not included in the tour price.**

**🚌 TOUR PROGRAM**

**31 DECEMBER, THURSDAY | DAY 1**
**Road – Erciyes – Check-in at the hotel – New Year's Eve**

**Main departure points and times:**

- **04:00:** Taşucu
- **04:15:** Silifke
- **04:30:** Atakent

On request, transfers are arranged from central Mersin, Mezitli, Tece, Çeşmeli, Tömük, Arpaçbahşiş, Erdemli, Kızkalesi, Eşiloğlu and Büyükeceli. Exact pick-up points and times will be communicated before the trip.

En route there is a stop in Pozantı for breakfast at an additional charge, then the journey continues to Erciyes.

Approximately at **10:30 — arrival at the Erciyes ski resort**. Our guide will help organize rental of ski equipment and winter clothing. Belongings can be left at the café, where our staff will also be present.

Free time for skiing, sledding, snowboarding, cable car rides and winter entertainment. Equipment rental is paid separately. Lunch is at an additional charge.

Approximately **from 15:30 to 16:30 — departure for transfer to the hotels**. Check-in, rest and free time to prepare for the New Year's Eve celebration.

Optionally, you can take part in New Year's gala programs, details of which will be announced separately.

**1 JANUARY, FRIDAY | DAY 2**
**First day of the new year in Erciyes**

For guests staying in the center of Kayseri, **two transfers to the mountain** will be arranged:

- **Early morning:** For those who want to start skiing early and spend the full day on the slopes.
- **Around noon:** For those who want to rest after New Year's night and spend half a day on the mountain.

**Both transfer options are included in the package with transfers.** The guide will announce the exact departure time, taking into account weather and road conditions.

Guests of hotels on Erciyes Mountain may head out to winter entertainment after breakfast. Free time for skiing, sledding, snowboarding and the cable car. Lunch is at an additional charge.

Optionally, you may stay and rest at the hotel or spend time independently in the center of Kayseri.

Return to the hotels in the center of Kayseri **at the time set by the guide, taking into account weather and road conditions**. Free evening, night at the hotel.

**2 JANUARY, SATURDAY | DAY 3**
**Skiing and winter entertainment in Erciyes**

After breakfast — departure from the hotels in the center of Kayseri to Erciyes **at the time set by the guide**.

Free time for skiing and winter entertainment together with guests staying on the mountain.

Optionally, skis, sleds, snowboards and winter clothing can be rented. Lunch is at an additional charge.

Return to the hotels in the center of Kayseri **at the time set by the guide, taking into account weather and road conditions**.

Free evening and third night at the hotel.

**3 JANUARY, SUNDAY | DAY 4**
**Erciyes – Return journey**

After breakfast and vacating the rooms, guests staying in the center of Kayseri head to **Erciyes**.

Guests of hotels on the mountain vacate their rooms according to the check-out time set by the hotel and join the program.

Free time for winter entertainment and lunch at an additional charge.

**Departure from Erciyes toward Mersin and Taşucu at the time set by the guide.**

Estimated arrival in **Taşucu — around 21:00–21:30**, depending on weather and road conditions.

**🎄 NEW YEAR GALA PROGRAMS**

New Year gala programs will be organized on Erciyes Mountain and in various hotels in Kayseri. The content of the programs and the cost of participation are not yet confirmed. Details will be announced additionally.

For guests staying in the center of Kayseri and taking part in the gala program we organize on the mountain, **round-trip transfers will be arranged in favorable weather and road conditions. This transfer is included in the package with transfers.**

If there are enough interested participants, Caretta Turizm may also organize a separate New Year program in the center of Kayseri.

**Participation in gala programs is not included in the tour price.** The conditions of the New Year dinner and gala program for half-board accommodation will be communicated after the hotels confirm the programs.

Single room supplements are indicated **for all 3 nights** and are added to the adult price both in the package with transfers and for hotel-only booking.

**3. Child discounts**

Child prices apply **when staying in the same room with two adults**.

- **0–2.99 years:** In the package with transfers — free without a separate bus seat. If a separate seat is provided — **6,000 TL**.
- **3–6.99 years:** Hotel accommodation free. In the package with transfers, travel is paid — **6,000 TL**.
- **7–11.99 years:** Accommodation — **50% of the adult hotel price**. In the package with transfers, travel is additionally paid — **6,000 TL**.
- **For hotel-only booking, children aged 0–6.99 stay free.**

The child's age is determined **on the tour start date**.

**4. Weather conditions and program changes**

The times for ascending the mountain and returning to the hotels are approximate. **The morning departure and evening return are regulated by the guide, taking into account weather and road conditions.**

The duration of the stay on the mountain may be extended or shortened. On the third day, the departure to the mountain and the return take place at the time set by the guide.

The operation of slopes, lifts, cable cars and other facilities depends on snow, weather and the resort's operating schedule.

The agency may change the sequence and timing of events while keeping the program's content, taking into account weather, road conditions and organizational circumstances.

**5. Booking and payment**

Booking is confirmed **after a deposit or full payment is made**.

Without payment, a seat on the bus is not guaranteed. Requests for seat selection are considered if seats are available.

The balance due and the payment deadline are communicated at the time of booking.

**6. Cancellation and refund terms**

- If the tour is cancelled **by Caretta Turizm, the tour cost is refunded in full**.
- If cancelled by the client **no less than 7 days before departure**, with cash payment, a **100% refund** is made.
- If cancelled by the client **less than 7 days but no less than 96 hours before departure**, with cash payment, a **50% refund** is made.
- If cancelled by the client **less than 96 hours before departure, no refund is made**.

The cancellation request must be sent to the agency in writing or via a medium that allows the message to be preserved, such as email. The period is calculated from the moment the agency receives the request.

**When a booking paid by bank transfer or bank card is cancelled at the client's initiative, 20% is retained.**

**7. Insurance**

The mandatory travel agency insurance does not replace comprehensive medical insurance. The scope of coverage is determined by the terms of the insurance policy.

**8. Personal belongings and preparation for winter holidays**

Our guide will help organize equipment rental. Belongings can be left at the café, where our staff will also be present. Valuables, money and personal documents are recommended to be kept with you.

We recommend bringing waterproof footwear, warm clothing, gloves, a hat, sunglasses and a spare set of clothes.
