IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is fewer than 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any obstacle belongs to the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests must have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into or exit from certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of cost and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must follow this information themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as per the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade before performing the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/calls received abroad.
- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; traveling with their father, from their mother; and traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
Meet in front of the FREEBIRD Airlines counter at Çukurova Airport International Departures Terminal at 11:30. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, depart at 14:30 on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon our arrival at 15:00 local time, transfer to our hotel. After completing the check-in procedures, settle into the rooms. Our guide will inform you about the tours and activities you can enjoy in Sharm El Sheikh. For the rest of the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Tomorrow, after an early breakfast, we will set off for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival, following a pleasant journey of approximately 7 hours, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions such as the Cairo Citadel, the Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha, the Sultan Hassan Complex, the Imam al-Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat’s Tomb, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Museum of Islamic History, the Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Market, and Tahrir Square during the panoramic city tour. After the city tour, we will proceed to our hotel. Our guests who wish may join the ‘Dinner Cruise on the Nile’, which will be organized as an optional extra.
