**Getting to know Cappadocia and New Year's Eve night**

We explore the underground world of Cappadocia, walking through passages and chambers carved into the rock.

A walk along a route about 900 meters long. We will see the Karabaş and Yılanlı churches, caves, dovecotes and unusual rock formations.

We stroll through the streets of the former Greek settlement among historic stone mansions.

Since activity times may overlap, **only one of these activities can be chosen per morning.** The price of the chosen activity includes transfers to and from the hotel. The departure time and breakfast will be announced by the guide.

**🟡 DAY 3 | SATURDAY, JANUARY 2**
**Morning activities — snow leisure on Erciyes — return**
🌅 **For those who wish — an optional early morning activity**
Guests who flew in a hot air balloon the previous day may choose a jeep safari or balloon watching with photography today. Those who have not yet flown may, if possible, take a balloon flight this morning.
**Activities are organized depending on the weather, availability of places and the departure time for Erciyes. Availability and exact timing will be announced by the guide.**
🍳 **Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.**
🚍 **We head to the Erciyes ski resort.**
🏔️ On arrival, the guide will announce the meeting point and the return departure time. Those who wish can relax in the café, get ready and start their snow leisure.
🎿 **Skiing**
Ski enthusiasts can rent equipment and use slopes suited to their skill level. Beginners can take a lesson with an instructor if available.
🛷 **Sledding**
Fun leisure with family and friends in designated areas.
🚡 **Cable car ride**
Depending on the operation of the complex, you can use the cable cars open to pedestrians and enjoy the snowy mountain scenery.
☃️ **Snow activities**
In suitable areas you can walk in the snow, have a snowball fight and build a snowman.
📸 **Souvenir photos**
Take the first winter photos of the new year against the backdrop of snow-covered Erciyes.
☕ **Relaxing in a café**
Those who wish can relax with a cup of hot tea, coffee or salep while enjoying the mountain views.
🍽️ **Free time for lunch — at an additional charge.**
**Skis, sledges, equipment rental, lessons with an instructor, ski pass, cable car, food and drinks are paid separately. The availability of activities depends on the snow, weather and the operation of the complex.**
🚍 At the time set by the guide we gather and set off on the return journey.
📍 We return guests to their pick-up points along the **Mezitli–Tece–Çeşmeli–Silifke–Taşucu** route and the tour ends.
**2. TOUR COST — 2 NIGHTS / 3 DAYS**

**5. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WEATHER CONDITIONS**
• **Winter conditions:** Snowfall, icy roads, fog, strong wind and road closures may affect departure, excursion and return times. The guide may change the order of visits, while keeping the program content where possible.
• **Hot air balloon flights:** Depend on the weather, the permits required for flight and availability of places. A flight on a specific day is not guaranteed. Payment and refund conditions for optional activities cancelled due to weather are communicated separately at the time of booking.
• **Erciyes activities:** Skiing, sledding and cable car operation depend on snow cover, wind, visibility and the operating schedule of the complex. Opening of all slopes and facilities is not guaranteed.
• **Morning activities:** On January 1 and 2 you can choose different activities. Taking part in several simultaneous events is not possible. On the last day, activities are planned with regard to the departure time for Erciyes.
• **Rest at the hotel:** On January 1 guests may stay at the hotel. Paid hotel services are paid by guests independently.
• **Clothing and equipment:** We recommend bringing warm layered clothing, a jacket, hat, gloves, spare socks, sunglasses and waterproof shoes with non-slip soles.
• **Walking routes and underground city:** Routes include stairs, narrow passages and uneven surfaces. Guests with limited mobility or sensitivity to enclosed spaces are advised to inform the agency before booking.
• **Skiing and sledding:** Choose areas suited to your skill level, use protective equipment and follow the instructions of the complex's staff.
• **New Year's gala evening:** Participation is optional and at an additional charge. The menu, included drinks and the final program are communicated separately. If there are enough participants, a paid transfer is arranged.
• **Accommodation:** Prices are for standard rooms. Child discounts apply when accommodated with two adults. Accommodation and sleeping arrangements for children are clarified at the time of booking.
• **Children's participation:** Children aged 0–2.99 traveling free without a separate seat are not provided with a separate bus seat. A request for a separate seat must be made at the time of booking.
• **Transport:** The type of vehicle is determined by the number of participants. Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the stated departure time.
• **Return time:** May change depending on traffic, stops, road conditions and weather.
• **Documents:** All guests, including children, must carry a valid ID card or passport.
**6. Cancellation and refund terms**
- If the **tour is cancelled by Caretta Turizm, the tour price is refunded in full.**
- If cancelled at the client's initiative **no less than 7 days before the departure time**, a **100% refund** is made for cash payments.
- If cancelled at the client's initiative **less than 7 days but no less than 96 hours before the departure time**, a **50% refund** is made for cash payments.
- If cancelled at the client's initiative **less than 96 hours before the departure time, no refund is made.**
Cancellation notices must be sent to the agency in writing or on a durable medium, such as by email. The time of receipt of the notice by the agency is taken into account when calculating deadlines.
**For cancellations at the client's initiative of bookings paid by bank transfer or credit card, a 20% retention applies.**
**7. Insurance**
Mandatory travel agency liability insurance does not replace comprehensive medical insurance. Insurance coverage and conditions apply in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy.

• **Hot air balloon flights:** Depend on the weather, the required flight permits and seat availability. A flight on a specific day is not guaranteed. Payment and refund conditions for additional activities cancelled due to weather are communicated separately at the time of booking.
• **Activities at Erciyes:** Skiing, sledding and cable car operation depend on snow cover, wind, visibility and the operating schedule of the complex. The opening of all slopes and facilities is not guaranteed.
• **Morning activities:** On the morning of 1 and 2 January, you may choose from different activities. Participation in several events taking place simultaneously is not possible. On the last day, activities are planned taking into account the departure time for Erciyes.
• **Rest at the hotel:** On 1 January, those who wish may stay at the hotel. Paid hotel services are paid for by guests independently.
• **Clothing and equipment:** We recommend bringing warm layered clothing, a jacket, a hat, gloves, spare socks, sunglasses and waterproof footwear with a non-slip sole.

• **Accommodation:** Prices are indicated for standard rooms. Child discounts apply when accommodated with two adults. Accommodation and sleeping arrangements for children are specified at the time of booking.
• **Children's participation:** Children aged 0–2.99 years travelling free of charge without a separate place do not receive a separate bus seat. A request for a separate place must be made at the time of booking.
• **Transport:** The type of vehicle is determined by the number of participants. Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the stated departure time.
• **Return time:** May change depending on traffic, stops, road conditions and weather.
