• To visit the Erciyes Waterfall, a walking tour through the valley is arranged: approximately 1.2 km one way and 1.2 km back. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
• The type of vehicle is determined based on the number of tour participants.
• The program and sequence of visiting sites may be changed depending on weather conditions, traffic situation, and other force majeure circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure result in a refund of 50% of the tour cost.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure result in a full refund of 100% of the tour cost.
• When paying by credit card, a 20% commission is deducted in case of a refund.
• An additional fee applies for boarding at the Mersin – Kızkalesi section. The amount of the additional fee must be clarified during booking.
