'Paris & Disneyland Tour | 4 Nights with Turkish Airlines'
** It has become mandatory for our guests traveling to France to obtain travel insurance. Guests are required to carry their policies with them upon entry into the country.
*** In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by CARETTA TUR 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
*** During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels might be used beyond the specified distances. In such cases, CARETTA TUR will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and in these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and are referred to as coach beds, tour participants accept that the overcrowding and bed types that may occur in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations are acknowledged. Child discounts apply for one child aged accordingly when staying with 2 adults.
*** The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the host country and generally consist of a limited menu commonly referred to as a continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
*** The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are a maximum of 2-3 hours long, conducted as panoramic tours without museum or site entry fees. Caretta Tur is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours in cases where local authorities do not permit entry due to closed roads caused by activities or due to weather conditions making it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is not allowed.
*** Extra tours are organized by local CARETTA TUR with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, excursions may not be conducted, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and sites at the destination and weather conditions.
*** Participation in extra tours is at the participants' discretion and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside resting facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the completion of the tour.
*** CARETTA TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and the times of existing trips and flights may change prior to departure. CARETTA TUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of hour changes when purchasing this trip.
GENERAL TERMS
The general terms are an integral part of the Tour Brochure and the Tour Registration Agreement and cannot be considered separately.
1. Our tour program is organized with a specific participation requirement. If sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure of the tour. The tour operation canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you via the agency.
2. In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the trip.
3. Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, CARETTA TUR is responsible for its guests.
4. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is published.
5. All our package programs are limited to a minimum of 10 people, and prices may increase for groups exceeding this number. Please inquire about pricing information.
6. In the case of normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years old, or for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years old, even if the person traveling has a valid visa, they cannot exit the country, and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
7. The passport police require a minimum of 6 months validity from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) when Turkish citizens or foreigners exit from Turkish customs, even if they have a valid visa. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. CARETTA TUR has no liability to the passenger for not being able to participate in the tour due to passports with less than 6 months of validity.
8. CARETTA TUR acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in trips and all third parties and legal entities providing services related to the trip, such as ship, hotel, and carrier companies. Therefore, consumers registering for the trip through the agency are aware that the agency has no liability for delays in schedules, locations not being prepared as indicated, delays in land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war or similar force majeure situations, and any problems arising from the actions of the carrier or the fault of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues, as well as material and moral damages, accommodation deficiencies or faulty services from facilities. The parties are aware that the agency does not have direct responsibility as an operator.
9. For all customs operations abroad, passengers must be present at the departure point 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, passengers who will arrive at the port or airport with a domestic flight from other cities should adjust their flights according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, any delays and/or inability to participate in the tour will be the responsibility of the passenger, and CARETTA TUR has no liability to the passenger for any compensation. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to check in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
10. CARETTA TUR acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change before departure. It is required for passengers to confirm all flight times 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Our passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
11. Child discounts apply for one child aged accordingly when staying with 2 adults.
13. Due to the limited number of twin (2 single beds) rooms in hotels, please check your twin room request before the reservation.
14. In cases where minors under 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during the trip.
15. Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities and last 2-3 hours, with the condition that their content remains unchanged. They do not include museum or site entry fees. Extra tours will be executed according to the number of participants determined by the tour leader and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Tours or trips for which entry is not allowed for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Caretta Tur cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
16. Individuals with health issues, pregnancy, and those requiring regular medication, must carry relevant reports regarding these medications with them.
17. For extra tours conducted along the way, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the way where they can utilize public transport.
18. Tour - Area - Tour Leader - Hotel notifications will be made by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour movement.
19. The passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country for any reason, such as if it is damaged, dirty, or has tears in the binding or pages. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
20. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. A SCHENGEN visa is required for this program. There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders. Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Meeting at the Adana Airport International Terminal. Departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. After our arrival, baggage claim, check-in, and passport control procedures, we will depart for Paris with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival in Paris, we will set off for our city tour with our private vehicle waiting at the airport. During our panoramic city tour, we will witness the grandeur of the city's squares, including the Opéra House, the Concorde Square adorned with 365 street lamps, the Champs Elysées Avenue, and the elegance of the Eiffel Tower. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. After checking into our rooms, free time. Flight times for tours may vary according to the date. Exact time information will be provided after the reservation.
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join our optional tour called the Magnificent Paris and Seine River Boat Tour (150 Euro). Our Magnificent Paris tour begins with the Eiffel Tower, which is a symbol of Paris and even France. This structure, made of steel and iron, was built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris Exposition Universelle. It gained great interest from tourists during and after the Universal Exposition in 1889, so it was preserved instead of being demolished, remaining standing to this day. The tower consists of 3 levels (floors), each accessible by elevator, and we will enjoy the breathtaking view of Paris from the 2nd level and take beautiful photos. After our Eiffel tour, we organize a Seine River boat tour. The Seine River, which is one of the most famous rivers in the world, dividing the city, is 776 km long. During our leisurely boat trip along the river, we will see many famous buildings in Paris and 37 bridges from a unique perspective. After our Seine River excursion, we will visit the BENLUX Store, the international center of Paris fashion since 1959, known for its perfumes, and we will have free time for shopping and exploring the area. After the tour, we offer free time in the city center of Paris. During this free time, guests who wish can join our optional tour called Icons of Paris and Illuminated Paris Evenings Tour (60 Euro). On this tour, we will first go to Montmartre Hill, known for continuing the bohemian lifestyle, where street painters and caricaturists work, and many famous painters have created their works. After visiting the Sacré-Coeur Basilica (Basilica of the Sacred Heart), which stands atop this 130-meter-high hill, we will have free time for exploring and getting your portrait drawn at the artists' square. In the final part of our tour, we will visit Trocadero Square, which is located on the hill directly across from the Eiffel Tower, where you can see the tower from the most beautiful angle with many cafes and restaurants. After watching and photographing the enchanting beauty of the Eiffel Tower's night light displays and decorations, we complete our tour and return to our hotel.
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we will transfer to our hotel in the Disneyland area and offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join our program for the extra Disneyland Tour. During our tour, you can enjoy a full day of unlimited fun in the magical entertainment world of the world-renowned Disneyland, and in the evening you can watch the transition ceremony that will be performed by Walt Disney characters accompanied by music and dance shows.

After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish can participate in our optional Disneyland Tour. During this tour, you can enjoy unlimited fun in the magical entertainment world of the world-famous Disneyland all day long, and in the evening, you can watch the parade ceremony featuring music and dance shows by Walt Disney characters. *Disneyland tickets operate on a dynamic pricing policy, and your guide will inform you of the price information.*
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, there will be free time until the transfer time specified by our guide. Following the transfer to the airport and after baggage drop-off, ticket, and passport control, we will depart for Istanbul on the comfortable planes of Turkish Airlines. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, we will proceed to Çukurova.
