Be at the FREEBIRD AIRLINES counter in Çukurova Airport International Departures Terminal at 04:00. After completing ticketing and departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 07:00 with FREEBIRD Airlines flight FH 9024.
We will arrive at Sphinx International Airport at 09:00 local time and then head to downtown Cairo. After arriving in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions such as the Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour.
After the city tour, we will head to our hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the optional 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2: Cairo- Sharm El SheikhAfter an early breakfast, we will check out from the rooms. Guests can enjoy some free time to take advantage of the hotel activities, while those who wish can join the optional Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour. After the tour, we will head to Sharm El Sheikh, an exotic destination in Egypt. After a pleasant 7-hour journey, we will check into the hotel and spend the night there.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During the mosque visit, please be aware that men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved jacket and headscarf for the mosque visit.
- During our desert safari tour, it is recommended to wear sporty and comfortable clothing and to take a jacket. It is advised not to eat heavy meals and not to drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests are required to inform their guide of their situations.
- To take advantage of the discounted travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. If the participation is below 10, the tour prices may vary or may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change extra tours on days of the tour provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional congestion or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- Due to VB processing in our program, or in cases where only category information is given without specifying the name, or when options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the travel movement.
- Our programs will be supported by a guide upon arrival at the designated destination, package-included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. In return transfers, guests are required to be present at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
- Guests are required to inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions for the requested extra tour depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you two days before the travel date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and performed by vehicle with guide narration, do not include entrance fees to museums or ancient sites and are maximum 2-3 hours long.
- In case of reasons such as the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, roads being closed due to any events or adverse weather conditions making the tours impossible, BTB Tours is not responsible for not being able to conduct the tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, depending on closed roads and places where vehicle entry is not allowed, within the best of available options.
- Our program tours are conducted with airport reception. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time given by the guide.
- It is recommended that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by currency fluctuations. Old/Worn currency may not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.
- GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests, along with the general conditions and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date exceeds 10 years; otherwise, they may not be allowed into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not proceed with their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- To prevent issues with the customs police at the border checkpoint of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; these passports should be renewed, and for countries that require a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa should be in the new passport. Failure to do so will be the passenger’s own responsibility.
- The validity period of guest passports must be at least 6 months with respect to the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles will be the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa in cases they deem necessary, and BTB TOURS takes no responsibility for guests not being able to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS bears no penalties or responsibilities in personal visa applications.
- Passengers must check the accuracy of the information on the visa obtained following an application made by BTB TOURS between the passenger and the consulate. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any writing errors on the visa and any situations that may prevent a flight.
- The processing of documents required for self-applying passengers for visas (hotel confirmations, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes one business day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times based on this time frame. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, visa fees and service fees are not refundable. If the guest received their visa through BTB TOURS and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest can receive a refund for the remaining amount except for the fees paid to consulates after presenting their passport showing that they didn't use the visa within one week of the visa's expiration date. If a guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be given to the guest.
- The routes may vary according to the city where the plane will land. Changes in flight type and times are possible, and hotels may also show variations during high season or special periods, so similar hotels may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
- Due to currency fluctuation, it is advised that guests do not convert large amounts of currency when traveling, as old/worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destination. Therefore, reservations for extra tour will not be valid when made with such currencies that banks cannot accept.
- As our package tours are international in nature, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.
